Group Visit Request

We look forward to welcoming your group to campus! We do our best to accommodate requests, however we are only able to welcome a maximum number of about 30 guests for a group visit, and sometimes fewer given our Tour Guide capacity. Also, we may not be able to accommodate group visitation due to limitations of busier visit days, campus events, or a confirmation of another group visit. Please note: We will not be hosting any group visitors in April until late May.

We will do our to best accommodate your availability; requested dates are not guaranteed. If you are requesting an information session, please list a 2 hour time block. If you are requesting to have lunch at the dining hall, please include that in your time request. I.e. 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: We give tours on the hour at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm daily. If you ask for a tour outside of those times, it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate your request.
